Man saturday was a great day.The graffiti battle was held on 145th street.
Many heads came out and represented.T bot came thur and blazed it with the photos.
So we were judged on letter structure, originality, composition, color use and speed.
I was the winner at the end of the day.Now we head to Cali in Oct to roast in
Oakland.Cant wait to hit the west coast to burn(L.A here we come!).Thank you to TATU X-MEN,Estria for throwing the event your the man,and everybody who painting and came thur to show love.........it was a good day

I did this mural in the Bronx during the week.It was a collabo between me and
Ray Jerez of INBORN TATTOOS.Ray is a talented artist but wasnt really used to
outside mural work.So he called me in to help him on this project.The portrait
is a mix of classic paintbrushing by Ray and spraypaint by me to soften it up.
Rarely do I ever do collaborations when it comes to murals but I really like the way it came along,and Ray is the coolest

SUNDAY ROASTING

So all week I had tattoos on my mind.Then I saw A pic of my homegirl T-Bot.
It got me hype to paint this Mr Cartoon tatted version of her,And the" LOVE vs MONEY"
is from a song I heard.I thought it was a dope title and here it is,









I picked up this one sided toy train at Scrap Yard,I always wanted to rock one so I did.I wanted
it to look really rusted 86 style.BIG DOVES and my new student VAPOR 95 window down.
After rocking this really wished i was born earlier.DAMN KOCH!!!!




Sunday was a good day.I got to rock out in N.J. with my main man LORD SCOTCH and KOOL ENUE.They were on some Mangol Kangol Rangol Bangol shit.We had a lil radio
that played reaggae all day with the worst DJ.Good times.Shout to Plainfeild MASSIVE!!!!

THE MAYOR'S JACKET

What up party people, its Big Doves checking in again. So about 2 weeks ago, my boy SAFE from Migente clothing came up from Miami to visit. It was a good time filled with hat hunting, joke cracking, sneaker hawking missions. Man, we ended every night eating at Apollo's (chinese/cubano spot). Anyway, last summer he introduced me to a dude who's a good friend of DJ CLARK KENT. This guy reminded me of a classic Bronx Puerto Rican uncle. You know, the guys who would cut you up north, when you fucked with his BlackTail or sardines...

The man I'm talking about if you don't already know, is none other than THE MAYOR! He's owns one of the meanest sneaker collections I've ever seen and he's currently on his 12th Bespoke (at $800 a pop.....what recession?!). Overall, he's one of the realest & coolest dudes I've met in years.

So one night before we went to dinner, he decided to show us his sneaker room. He said he'll never let me back in there since were the same size(good looks on those neon 95's tho). As he gave us a tour of his house (ala Mtv 'CRIBS'), he pulled out (pause) a crispy Levi's jean jacket from his closet. He asked me to rock it 88 style. Nooo doubt. Late last winter I rocked a nice "Mayor" logo for him, so I knew this jacket would be no problem.

This is the finished product (below). I basically included all of his characteristics. I threw in his signature clear storage boxes, the impecable way he rocks his hat to the side(which never falls off) and crowned it with infamous Mayor tag. Plus some additional NY flavor.
